Exchanges

Gift Returns

  • If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
  • If the gift giver had the product sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued to them instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
